I've got a big trip planned to the UK leaving Friday July 18th, but before I go I have to attend the funeral of my good buddie Tom Panos. It's a great blow to lose him, and very sudden too. Fare thee well Tom and keep looking forward ....

I just had the Best vacation ever, flew direct to Roatan from Houston with Continental and arrived to tropical breezes . Stayed at the Roatan B$B in West End where Barbara the propriator is very freindly and knowledgable about who can do what and for how much.eg fishing trips, scuba trips, dolphin trips.taxi drivers.water taxis. booked it via hostelworld.com then rented a house with the family- called Sea Lodge, its at half moon bay cost 1300$ per week for 3 ensuite bed and bathrooms plus kitchendeckveranda hammock rattan chairs privacy with trees around, plus a view of the setting sun over the water 2 minutes to get into the water and snorkel with the fishes on the reef.
